Though Performing Analysis & Design for elastic deformation of material is the most conventional solution provided by Structural Engineer,Not perfoming analysis & Design for inelastic deformation of material which shows the behavior of building elaborately under loading specially under seismic load,is simple and best analysis procedure for seismic assessment or for Performance based design.
Here,I am Performing Analysis ,Design & Detailing (Analysis for Elastic Deformation of material) of a Ten(10) storied with 1-Basement + 1-semi basement.
For structural system some important minimum discussion is needed.

Seismic zone coefficient ,Z=0.15 Structure Response Factor ,R=8
Site Coefficient,S=1.5 Structure Importance Factor , I =1
Maximum Lateral Displacement will be as follows......
Which is well bellow of allowable limit...... Reinforcement in Floor Beam...
Column Reinforcement will be as follows......
