Multi-Storied Steel Building
Multi-storied Steel building is consists of various component like..Compression member(usually column),Tension member,Girder,Secondary beam,deck-panel,bracing,connection component,vertical infill component.Most of the time design procedure is restricted to Beam action,Column action and on beam-column action.
Here,I am trying to illustrate Comprehensiveness & shopistication of ETABS as Multi-storied Steel Building design Software.
The following figure is a 3-D view of 6-storied steel building.
Here is another 3-D view of the building.
Here is the long-term gravity load.
Here is the expected Load-Moment ratio for beam-column.
Now,I will show the analysis and design detail for a selected beam as an example through the next figure.
The next figure will show Serviceability condition(for Non-structural Component) for the building.
